Ripoff Contacted me via automatic dialer then a recording told me to call them back

This company used an automatic dialer to call me. When I picked up a recording told me to hold for an important message. I waited a couple minutes, then a recording told me they were busy, and to call 866-880-5589, which I did. Nowhere in all of this did then identify themselves.

This is a bill collection company, who is trying to collect a bill from someone else who has stiffed many people and uses my phone number. I get a call about once a month from somebody looking for him.

My complaint has to do with their intrusive and rude method of contacting their deadbeats. To call somebody with an automatic dialer, not identify themselves, put them on hold, then have a recording tell them to call back is discourteous, disgraceful, disgusting, dishonorable, dislikable, displeasing, disreputable, distasteful, disagreeable, disturbing, disdainable, and just plain rude.

These automatic dialers should be made illegal. And ASG should be ashamed.
