Thomas Evans is an "agent" for a fake lending company called Charter Lending Group. After much, much, much research I have learned that it is not legal the great US of A to ask for ANY money before the loan is ISSUED! All fees and the like are payable AFTER the is ISSUED... As in your bank and confirmed.
