Credit cards processing and phone calls before the payment is due

This company calls several days before a payment is due on an account. They call several more times on the day the payment is due. They say that you have no grace period to pay your payment. I also tried to pay a payment for my son and apparently they tried to run my card as a cash advance. My card declined the transaction and sent it to the fraud department. They contacted me. They have tried to run the card several more times and it still gets declined.

I guess the card companies have maybe figured out what this company is doing and immediately declined the transaction. I have fortunately been talking to a gentleman who has been very pleasant. However, I have in the past spoken to several people there who are very rude and like to make threats. This is my son's loan and sometimes I just have to help him out.

You start with the threats; you go staight to the bottom of the bill pile. There is no sense in someone threatening when a payment is not even pass due. This I feel is not a very good company to do business with. They act like a bunch of loan sharks.
