Ripoff ripoff business from hell

The company called me a year ago.

There was a 7 day free trial for a one time processing fee of 59.99 a membership fee just 99.95
they sent me a temporary card.

I! Ve been trying to call them but all i get is
a busy signal. I called information and there
was no such address or phone number.
