Closed my account and won't relase funds

Risk management shut my consideration and wont send me the cash even if I-say I want it asap and all-they wil do is deliver a cashiers sign in per month possibly. I'm on-hold presently having a supervisor of the division and its own getting about one hour with no one nonetheless. If anybody has any suggestions I Would be thankful
