This stupid company called me in november and
Told me of this awesome package of $2,500 limit and 0%
Interest and a payment of $221.95 down. I'd also recieve
$100 in free gas, $500 in grocery coupons, and a 3 day 2
Night vactaion of my choice. It would only take 4 weeks
To receive my package. Well on december 2 they
Took the money out of my account and to this day i still
Haven't recived my package. I've been calling them
Nonstop at least twice a week and they keep telling me
I'd receive it next week. Well then one lady said she'd
Send me another one out and still haven't recieved that
One. And when i call back to check on it they kept
Saying that it wouldn't get shipped out for another
Couple of days. And so i spoke to a lady and told her to
Refund my money back and she said she can't becuase her
Supervisor wouldn't do anything until two more weeks to
See if i receive my package. And i yelled at her and
Told her i've been waiting for this f... ing package for
Over two months and am not waiting any longer. And she
Said she could put a request for it in but she knows
That her superviser won't do anything about it until i
Get my package. Then i called back and spoke to another
Rep and asked to speak to her sup and she said she
Wasn't in. I asked why is there never a sup in when i
Call and she said she didn't know. Then she went in the
Same spill as everyone else about my package. And i said
Look i just want a refund she put me on hold then came
Back and said i can send you out a request letter of
Refund. And fill it out and send it back. Then i can see
If i can get a refund. But she was not sure. She was
Actually just trying to get me off the phone. And i'm
Just so fed up with this company i can't believe i got
Screwed so bad. I'm about to be a single mother in 6
Weeks. And need all the money that i have. And for some
Stupid company to go and rip me off is not very nice and
Those kind of companys need to be banned. But that is
High hopes i know that will never happen and hopefully
I've learned from this mistake. And i hope nobaody else
Makes the same mistake i've made with this company.
