In July I approached Intellius to get a onetime background-check, they've been charging mean extra 19.95 monthly. They suggested that I'd registered to get a regular membership and also have fraudulantly charged my charge card for six months. Can not encourage them to quit. Our charge card business will not recognize their payment costs.
