The Nationwide Property Inspection Company called me back when I made an inquiry, but the numbers given to get back did not work after several tries.
It seems that the whole business is just to get you to pay for a background check to do simple inspections of properties in foreclosure. When I wanted to call back and find out if I get a copy of the background check, you can imagine I could not call back. If they are making over 600.00 dollars US to do an inspection and paying you 250.00 to do it, they can afford to do a background check on you to do the work. WHat evewr happened to companies having overhead. It appears to be a scam or an additional way to make extra money. The company should take the business risk, not extract money from those looking for honest work. This is another example of capitalism out of control.
