So I'm not the only one that is being charged all these overdraft fees for apparently "pending transactions". My biggest problem was when I had in my account about $1040 and 2 check posted through the night totaling only about $350 and somehow the balance went down to $500 instead of $700 something that should have been there. Here's the kicker the last transfer I had made the night before which gave it the balance of $1040 it didn't show but I NOW DAM well it was made. I went to B of A and of course it didn't show but I know for a FACT there was about $1040 or so in there.
I was told that when a transaction posts and the money is not there you get a overdraft fee, but when the transaction was actually made the money was there, so that's where they get you!
