I have a credit card through Care Credit (Ge-online service) and I can't make a payment on-line like I usually do, because the website wont come up. So I called the company to make a payment (it will cost $10 to pay over the phone) and have been on hold for hours. So this month my payment will be late (a $40 charge for late payments will be added to my account)... I guess this is the new way to rip people off that have been paying on time and screw up their credit...
