I only found out by checking my bank account online that this company had deducted money from my account without my authorization. I did order the trial and agreed to pay the shipping and handling only for under £3.00. To this date, nothing has arrived and I certainly did not agree for any further money to be taken from my account. I now have had to cancel my card with my bank to ensure they cannot take anymore from my account. I do not know if I will be reimbursed yet as I have to call the dispute dept.in the morning.
I am very upset and angry that this has happened as I am unable to call this company as there is not a number for UK customers. It is a complete rip off, and they should not be able to get away with this - I want my money back!
