Terrible customer srvc

I just got off the phone with Rob W. Employee Id#8765. I have never had such bad service! I actually loved my care credit until this moment. My payments are due on the 6th every month. My statements become available around the 14th or 15th each month. My July statement (due 8/6) came out on 7/14. I made a payment that same day 7/14. Only to have my Aug statement (due 9/6) say past due $25 late fee. Call and speak to this joke of a "customer srvc rep" and he is condescending and tells me he can credit HALF of my late fee. Unacceptable. I have never dealt with such terible service, Ive had better outsourced experience's than what I just dealt with with this guy Rob. Once my late fee is credited, I'm paying off the balance, closing the card, and will never use care credit again. I'm blown away a the complete lack of service. And being charged late fee's for payments made on the same day they make the statement available to me!

Before I needed any service, I actually really liked my care credit, after having this problem and seeing the type of service we get, I'm disgusted.
