About $1000 in Overdraft Fees Across Two Accounts

I have been charged in my 2 accounts about $1000. In overdraft fees in the last month and they can't explain some of the fees. I get a different answer every time I ask a different tell and when I call and when I ask customer service agent. I feel robbed and that I am taken advantage if as a customer.
