I have never in my life seen a bank that thinks it is good business to steal their customer's money. I had overdrafted myself recently with Wachovia. I had only 2 overdrafted transactions but Wachovia charged me for 6!! That was $210.00!! Whenever I contacted them to credited me back the 4 overdraft fees they charged me, I was given this long drawn out speech about how the transactions were posted and blah, blah, blah and that the overdraft fees were correct and that they would not refund me those. She said because of our good banking relationship they would credit me $18.00. I told her it was bulls*t and they were theives stealing my money. They also charged my husband an overdraft fee for a check that came through his account. After the check posted he only had 2 cents left but that is still in the positive. Somehow though they manged to charged him a NSF on that check even though he was not overdrawn. Just a warning to everyone DO NOT BANK WITH WACHOVIA! They steal your money!!!
