I've called Homecomings Financial several times, and I get transfered to a lot of different employee, who send me to the default department, customer service dept. Etc I was trying to see if I could get help with my loan, possibly a loan modification, or re-fi or something, but they told me to contact a counselor. No help at all. They said that only way I could refi is if my house was worth 610K, it is only worth 400K at the moment, due to the market. When my loan readjust, I will be paying 10% almost. I guess I have to seek an attorney.
