CLaimed I won money and sent a check, but have to claim through a phone #, I called and they hung up. The check looks real-but its a rip off

THis is a total scam, was sent a check that looks real and has a number to call to claim the money and to expedite the funds with a claim number and a claims person to call. The other party after I called hung up on me-this is a total scam. The check was written off of Legacy Bank Of Florida in Boca Raton, FL 33431. The claim agent listed in the letter I received along with the check is Joy WIlson and the phone number is 1-647-219-7190. The tax amount due on this money is 2,998.00 in government taxes and fees which apparently would have to be paid first.
