A letter in addition to a check was in my mailbox. The check was in the amount $3,875.00 which claimed it had been deducted from my winnings. The purpose of the check was for to pay the applicable Government Taxes on my winnings. The tax amount $1,875.00. I had to call before the check could be deposited and to keep the claim number confidential until my claim was processed. I called the number and the man instructed me to call him back after I had deposited the check.
