After numerous attempts to contact customer service to dispute a pull from my account that was NOT authorized, I was called a retarded idiot and hung up on.
This was just the start. This company is NOT what it claims to be! As it turns out the man who spoke to me on the phone outright lied to me to get my bank account information. I was told I was going to be paying $214.15 a month and this morning I noticed my bank account is in the NEGATIVE because a payment of $367.92 was pulled from Liberty Credit Management! When I tried to call customer service they told me that that it WAS right and that was the correct amount that should've been taken out. I told them that when I signed up with their program that I was promised the $214.15 payment because that's all I could afford. After being on hold for over a HALF HOUR this smart mouth jerk proceeded to insult me telling me that I didn't understand the program and that I must be stupid because of this. After about 15 minutes of useless arguing trying to explain to him what the REP told me he called me a retard and then hung up on me! When I called back to speak to a manager nobody answered the phone. Now I have to figure out what i'm going to do because my account is now negative and I can't afford groceries for this weekend!!! These People Are Crooks!!! If anyone from Liberty Credit Management calls you HANG UP THE PHONE!!! If only I would've known better I would've never got myself into this situation!!!
