I settled them $2,200 in 2006 for duty providers with Rich Hargus regarding ~$6,000 owed towards the government in back fees. I seemed as though he was performing his work and preventing prices etc. Today I cannot reach him by telephone (low-operating figures) and he is not answering my emails and so Iam just starting to feel just like I got cheated.
The final conversation I'd via mail with him was in Dec. 2007 when my dad was desperate and that I have not noticed from his since.
