I paid $2,500 to Michael Gill of the US Tax Relief Agency to help me settle my tax debt with the IRS. He assigned my case to Richard Hargus who worked with me and responded to my calls and emails until 2/8. Supposedly I was on the verge of a settlement as soon as I filed my 2007 taxes but now I am not getting any response and all of the phone numbers have been disconnected and their website is gone.
