I had a similar situation with Nations Home Savers. They had promised to work out a rate modification with my mortgage company. At first they took an initial payment of $550 and a total of $1,350. Shortly after that, they would not return my calls and their phone numbers were no longer in service. If anyone knows what can be done to get my money refunded I would appreciate a post under this message.
