We were served with papers with our mortgage company wanted to foreclose on our home. We contacted this company, spoke with Ilene and set up what we thought was a loan modification process to save our home. Ilene and I set up the payments to draft from my checking account. On September 11 Nations Home Savers in FL drafted $100.00 to start the process. She and I made final arrangements on October 3rd, 17th, & 31st for each draft in the amount of $400.00, for a total amount of $1,300.00.
We have not heard from her by September 30 about the process of our modification and decided to call to check on our process. Needless to say the company is no longer reachable. I closed my checking account and will eat the loss of $100.00 and thankful that was all I am
