Wont give me documents, their address, my informaiton

I was stupid and took a fast payday through the internet. I was contacted by ambassador and she said payback was 390 well this was June I called in July, August, September and asked for loan documents I never signed anything! I never recieved anything. Then they started taking out more and more I called and called faxed them went on to on line chat nothing. NO address they will not give me their address or any loan documents anything! How can they do this this is not legal... Can anyone help me? What can i do? I would appreciate any help.
