I took out a loan for 350.00 November 21.By April 1 I have paid back the loan of 420.00.
In May they took 295.00 from my account I contacted them by phone and e-mail they said I still owed. I said no way I want a summary report by e-mail. They constantly would only send me my next payment due by e-mail letter.
July they debit my account for 125.00. I informed my credit union about us fast cash and I want to stop them from debitting my account. August they debitted my account 205.00. I filled out forms instructing My credit union to have us fast cash return 95.00. They did return my 95.00. My credit union said they could not get my money returned for May, July and August 1st.
In september I recieved an e-mail telling me I owe 225.00. I sent them an e-mail I do not owe them any money they owe me. I filled out documents with my credit union to stop us fast cash from debitting my account. They did it illegally by presenting an unsigned electronic check to my credit union for payment. Year to date us fast cash has debitted my account $1,175.00. The state attorney generals in every state they do business needs to be contacted of predatory practices by us fast cash. They need to be stopped.
