I needed some quick cash and so I ended up borrowing 200 bucks from www.unitedcashloans.com. I now have enough money to pay the loan off, but for some reason, I am not receiving my renewal documents in email any more. Once they started taking extra $ out to help pay down the loan, the renewal documents stopped.
I tried going to their website and asking about the documents but a couple of things occurred: 1) They don't have a customer service contact number, and 2) whenever I put in my email address to request a password for the website, they don't have my email on file. Even though I KNOW they did because I used to get documents from them.
So now I am worried that my loan will never get paid off, that they will just keep sucking me for money. I searched the net and I can't find any customer service number for them, the bank couldn't find one. Can I put stop payments on it from my bank? What would they do? I don't know how to get this loan cleared up and I want to because this company is horrible & frustrating to deal with. Helllllllllllllp
