I would love to get my hands on the email address for Mr. Robert DeJong. Customer service for Credit One is well below other credit card companies. No one seems to be able to make any decisions regarding just about anything. I asked customer service rep for a phone number for Credit One Corporate Hdqtrs and they would not give it to me. It is a sad state of affairs when you have to file bankruptcy due to one credit card company and once you do that, they get NO money. I do not like dealing with this level of service and have therefore closed this account.
