I pulled my credit report last week and noticed that my Care Credit account had been closed. I have never had any late payments or issues since I got the card a few years ago. I called Care Credit and spoke with 2 seperate representatives and they both were rude and told me my account was closed due to inactivity. I asked them why I was not given a warning that the account would be closed if I did not use it. They just got very rude with me and said it was closed to inactivity. I stated I had just paid it off earlier this year so it's not like the account hasn't been used recently. I proceeded to email customer service from an email address I pulled off of someone else's complaint on here. A representative called me back very quickly but she was also very rude and just said it was closed due to inactivity and that I could apply again for a new card. I proceeded to tell her that them closing my account caused my credit scores to drop. I advised that it was not a very nice way to treat customers who have not done anything wrong. She just just got extremely rude with me and told me I could just apply for a new account.
