I have been a customer of Bank of america for some time. Bank of america sent out an email in late August or early September that if you payed a bill online during september that you would receive $25.00 to your account. It is January and I still have not seen the $25.00.
Every time I call, Bank of america tells me a new date that I can expect the money. Of course they have No problem taking overdraft fees from my account. As soon as I get my money, I am closing my account. If anyone else has had this problem let me know.
