The card came in mail. I was interested since I needed money. But, it has its own fineprint with LOTS of HIDDEN FEES! They charged annual fee upfront. Which is supposed to be collected monthly. Ok!
Their Customer service is very poor! I had to ask, are you there? When they kept silent!
I decided for an increase in credit limit. They said "There is a fee upto 50% of the current credit limit on the card" WTF???
Then I decided to close after one billing cycle since I found that they are NOT trustworthy!
I asked for the refund of the annual fee which was collected upfront. Response: No! Because, I just passed the refund date by JUST 1 day! What?
Atleast, a prorated refund of the annual fee? They said, they don't do the refund! This got my nerve! I HATE this First Premier Bank Credit Card!
I don't recommend thier services to anyone!!!
