Affordable Service Inc. Or nhcd. Grant Wilms, Tammy Fossie, Melissa Ginther, Lie to consumers about advancements, Commisions change constantly, Dismiss workers that have devoted thier time to the job., Tennesee, California

Affordable Service Providers are not necessarily a scam, however they are not completly honest with the consumers they hire.

The company has a staff that will call or take inbound calls to hire individuals with sales experience, telemarketing experience et. Once you are hired you see it isnt all it is spoken to be.

The Senior Managers of the company all work from home like everyone else, and basically run the company. Grant Wilms is one of the owners and gives his suggestions, however does not address problems when they arise. He leaves it up to those "IN CHARGE" so to speak.

The commision level with this company is rediculous, paying only $3 for one hire if it is from thier list of calls, and only $5 if it is a referral that you submit. If you don't give them what they want the senior managers are quick to judge you without giving you a chance.

Watch out for talk like, " When it comes to usacomplaints.com.Com they are just disgruntled workers who didn't get what they wanted", or "Well, every company has a upset employee". Take that seriously because that is how they look at you as soon as they do something to you.

ASP will turn the situation around on you becuase Grant Wilms will stay out of it and let the senior managers do the dirty work. You are looked at like a disgruntled worker, and they will lie to support that.

They will not pay you unless your check reaches $20, and they run 5 weeks behind if you work with HR. Make sure to read the fine print in the agreement, there are hidden things in there that people don't take the time to read.

Tammy Fossie is a great manager, mainly because she cares only about "Tammy Fossie". She will teach you how NOT to talk or treat people, because she talks and treats them in all the wrong ways. As far as her "Best Friend" well, she knows who that is they operate the same and Melissa Ginther
well — that is a whole other story.

Talk about no compassion for fellow workers. Guess what? Tammy Fossie was Melissa Ginthers manager at one time. Go figure.

ASP does not offer medical savings to many states and don't care to tell you that, once you sign up it is up to you to find that out and to cancel "IF" you can reach someone. Fl, and CA are two main states that will not benefit from thier healthcare savings plan.

To sum it all up! Buyer beware!!! Beware of the dog!!
