Duplicate $49.95 charge on credit card with no information given

This place allowed someone to charge $49.95 twice on my credit card. It was a fraudulent charge. They never got the billing address or shipping address of whoever ordered this game. They will not give me any information and they do not publicly list a billing phone number.
