In August my directv support was disconnected for non-payment. I just owed the main one month, that we don't challenge. Fourteen days later, I obtained a contact saying they had stopped my support. On 09/29, I experimented with spend my energy bill with my charge card. To my shock, the cost was rejected. After I examined my stability, DirecTV had billed my card, $179.17. After I named them, I first talked having a woman who hardly talked language, getting increasingly disappointed, after investing 10 units on-hold, I requested to get a boss. I had been subsequently used in a Guy called Dax, Dax declined to provide me his lastname, but advised me his identification # was 100292449. I told him what had occurred, which my vehicle have been billed for a lot more than that which was owed. I'd support for over 4 decades, therefore there is no early termination charge. After he examined my document, he decided that On 09/22, DirecTV had cut my new Statement, today observe that I'd NO support for that month of July. On a single evening, 09/22, they [Directv] billed my card for exactly the same quantity they charged me for. This statement wasn't shipped to me, sent to me, or was the cost approved. Used to do not, or have I actually, chosen for automated billpay. THE CHARGE WAS MADE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! After obtaining a lengthy talk from "Dax", I hung-up the telephone. I'm confident I'll not notice from their website again, but he assured me that I'd notice from his boss, whose title is "Marlon" his voice-mail number, NOT REALLY A TRUE SPEECH number, is 956-784-7088. Etc 09/22 DirecTV reduces a brand new bill with inflated charges, On 09/22, additionally they pre-approve my creditcard for that quantity of the inflated statement, On 09/27 they post the charges, aparently this 5-day interval was to determine easily might spot the cost. On 09/29 I talked with "Dax", and reluctantly I'll notice when they could keep their term. I'll revise this article once they do. Till then, Watch Out For DIRECTV!!!
