I had called my bank account to find out how much was in so I knew how much I could debit. I made 2 debits that day 1 for 20.36 and 1 for 1.25. Come to find out because there was something pending that put me over by 9.99 so both of those where charged fees which is ok! I am willing to pay the fees of a one time charge. But buy time I had recived the letter in the mail my almost $22.00 dollars overdrawn charges where at $233.00 dollars so I called the bank and apperently they can charge you a daily fee of $8.00 and then every three days $24.00 late late fee. This is rediculous I told them I would be happy to come pay for the 2 items that put me over the limit and there $37.50 over draft fee per item and they refused they said I had to pay the entire $233.00 fee or I would be sent to collections so I did not pay this I refuse I would rather go to collections. Then I got another letter stating my account would be closing at the end of the month which would add another $30.00 fee and it continues the $8.00 a day and $24.00 every three days on this last letter it was up to $479.00 overdraft fee!!! I'm going out of my mind has this happened to someone else is this legal???
