Ocwen very rude customer service reps taken almost 2 weeks payoff Los Angeles

They make you stay on hold and then hang up on you.

This company should not be allowed to do business in the mortgage industry. Since 1/7/03 we have been trying to get a payoff of our mortgage. Everytime you call you are on hold to at least 20 minutes and then the customer service are rude, unwilling to help and hang up on you. If you ask to speak to a manager or supervisor they say they do not have one. And then you ask for extensions and they inform you that they do not have a list.in order to attempt to receive the payoff I had to fax over the copy of the Mortgage Note because they were to lazy to pull it from their files.

Also they charge a fee for the payoff. This company needs to have a complaint filed against them with the Federal Trade Commission and the United States Attorney Generals Office. This is an OUTRAGE
