My mortgage was sold to the crook at Fairbanks and ever since then it has been a living hell on earth for me. This is my story:
1. I have never received a monthly statement of account despite phone calls and letters of demand to that effect.
2. There have never been any documents to show how payments are applied
3. And when I asked I was informed that if I needed a statment from them I would have to pay ten dollars to get one. I did then the scams fell into place.
4. This Enron from Utah has consistently posted my payments late misapplied each and every one making bogus charges. Fees agaisnt my mortage payments
5. Then they falsely charge me fees for some hazard insurance I sent proof of insurance but the deaf and dumb fraudsters in Utah and Florida have still not recognized or realized the need to reverse their fradulent and bogus charges.
6. I have a fixed interest rate mortgage then suddenly FairBanks by some majestic computation has raised by mortage by about 136 dollars way above my debt equity ratio.
7. Then lettes of late payments followed by threats of forclosure were sent and I quickly sent through my attorney all the copies of encashed bank teller checks to refue their claims of late or non payment of my mortgage.
8. After one week of persistent phone calls to them (no one cared to return my phone calls. Even when the voice mail message claims she or it will return you call within 48 hours)..
Then this thing that came on the line said Man your house is on foreclosure and you owe us $5706.34.
9. Of course I said you must be grossly mistaken and may I ask how it cae about because I have proof of payment and I have mailed them from my attroney's office to your P O Box in 511170 in Florida. Right after that the Idiot hung up the phone on me.
I am under so much stress am axious and totally amazed that this jungle mortage operation can take place in the United States of America. Where in the world are the Federal and State Agencies whose responsibilites are to curb the excesses of these crooks.
There is only one way out,
Class action suit if interested let us all begin to line up our e mail addresses get a sound reputable law firm, to capture this Fairbanks monster, have it caged and finally put to sleep..
