After talking to costumer service 3 times, I finally had an employee get back to me telling me that I was faxing the wrong insurance info. After getting the information from my Homeowners association, I had it faxed, then to be on the safe side, I mailed a copy from my papers. I got another letter a month later. After being transferred 3 times, I was told the employee that helped me before was not working and was given another name to fax Attention: to. That was over 6 weeks ago and I am still being charged for this insurance.
