Beware of automatic payment system by phone. First you are charged $15 to use it, and when i tried to make my payment on the due date the system kept messing up saying i was putting in an invalid entry when i wasn't even entering anything... Funny huh?!?! So on top of that because the system wouldn't take my payment on the due date by phone on a Sunday i had to wait till Monday morning and got an extra $40 late fee... Seems like a SCAM to me... BEWARE and pass the word that citifinancial is the WORSE!!!
