I purchased a money order on August 9. Within a week I began checking the status of the money order I sent. Everytime I called the automated system stated that it was still outstanding. When I called today, the automated system stated that it was cashed on 9/10/08. I called customer service to find out if they could let me know who and/or where was it cashed. I was concerned that it had been lost/stolen. I never got a human on the phone, just a repeated message saying 'sorry for the delay... We appreciate your business... Someone will be with you momentarily.' I waited for 2 hours for a person to get on the phone to no avail. This is ridiculous. It appears once they get your money they don't want to have anything else to do with you. If this is the customer service they are offering I will be spending my funds elsewhere. MONEYGRAM your service sucks!!!
