Wrong Charging of Late Fee

Here's a letter i sent to the '[email protected]'... Any of you experience this problem let me know... No response was recieved yet from this complaint.

To the Billing Department,

Please kindly make an investigation in regards to the charging of late fees on our account, this already happened twice from July till August, from our bank the July payment was sent July 2, and the payment was posted on your company July 15… (13 days for the electronic payment to be posted. Is it it’s only 3 day to 5 business days that these payment should have been process).. So a late fee was charge to us where when we call on the august bill it was credited on our account, and on the august bill payment, from our bank our payment of 20 dollars was debited July 31.. Still this payment is still not posted, and now your company is charging us a late fee adjustment? On July 10…July 31 till August 10 due date. How many business days are in there? 6 business days. Still where is that 20 dollars I paid and 25 dollars is being posted for late fee. That’s 45 dollars that your company is stealing from me again.

Kindly take care of this and try to investigate this problem I don’t know if your billing department has some problems or your computer have some malfunctions but this haven’t happened to us before.
