I just spoke with Virginia Lease at 800-444-9491 ext. 4006. (9am -?? EST). I was transfered to her when I asked for a supervisor and then the supervisor's boss. She said they will refund me in 7 - 10 Days the full amount of all of the charges - $14.95 x 4 months and the $1.95. She seemed nice but I'm not sure how someone can work for a company that operates this way. If I don't get me refund in 7 - 10 Days, I will go crazy and call Virginia every hour.By the way, I immeadiatley called back and used the extension and it did go to Virginia so I know if works.
