I ordered flowers online through Proflowers.com and was automatically signed up (unauthorized) to a consumer service called EZ-Saver. I did not sign up for this service or authorize them to bill my credit card that I used with Proflowers, but that is what they did. I have been charged $14.95 a month since May. I found the unauthorized charges by stopping use of the credit card and the charge being the only one left. This is complete fraud and theft. The charge comes through as Easy Saver or EMI Encore Marketing. Call 800-444-9491 to have the charges removed. I reported the company to my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. As reported by the customer below me, I'm interested in being part of a class action lawsuit if one is created. The company claims it is going to refund the charges but the interest on the money they stole from me cannot be recovered. These guys need to be shut down for good.
