Earlier This month I recieved a call from the company and was signed up for a magazine subscription that I did not want for like $60 a month, after being given the run around for quite a while i found a solution to cancel your account and get your full refund. When talking to a supervisor, simply mention that you are complaining to the BBB (Better Bussiness Bureau) and will contact the Attorney General if thats what it takes. You are almost Instantly Transferred to a higher up supervisor who says they will cancel and refund your payment. She said it will take 7-10 days so well see if it comes through as promised, I keep you posted, but I figured I would give anyone in my situation some hope.
