I was under a forerenance plan! Which i paid and got
Caught up!
In my plan the late charges were added. I paid all the
Charges. I sent copies of my western union receipts to
Research dept. (4 different times) it has been 1 year
Later and i still owe the same 1,030.00 that has never
Been removed from my account. Every month they send
Statements with different amounts each month! They send
Me a letter from a attorney 3 of them from differnt
States and guess what? They charge me 95.00 / month for
This letter plus a late fee of 40.00. I dosent matter if
You are late or not! You get charged. You can call 3
Times in one day and each one of there customer service
Reps. Will tell you something different. I hate ocwen
Federal bank and will never get another loan with them
Again!!!
I have requested a pay-off letter! Guess what two weeks
Later and i'm calling them again requesting the pay-off
Letter. Oh they probley have charged me twice for this
Info!
Please! Listen to me! You dont want a loan with
Ocwen!!!
