I was contacted by Lenox Capitol offering an interest free credit card, and several other free services. So far, they have taken the service charge from my bank and have not sent the credit card.
When confronted with this information, they said it was on the way. It's been 2 months and it is apparent that I was scammed.
When I requested a refund, they said they would send the refund form and then a check. (the checks in the mail) Right!
I will be reporting this to the proper authorities in my state.
