In Nov. Lenox capitol Inc contacted me promising me a credit card for the one time fee of 221.95. I scheduled the origanal drop date for Jan. 4th 2003. I contacted them on Jan. 2nd and asked them to postpone the drop date untill Feb. 04 2003 They said that it would be no problem.
Well On Feb. 02 2003 I got my Jan. Bank statement and it showed that the drop was made on Jan. 9th 2003 that would be 5 days after my origanal drop date and 7 days after I had it postponed I contacted them several times and they said that I would be recieving my benifits package very soon well I never got anything well I called them back and the lady told me that she would fax me the the forms that I needed to sign so that I could get my card well I never got a fax well since then I have recieved my bank statement for Feb. 2003 and there was another deduction made for 221.95 on Feb. 04 2003 which is the date that I asked to have my drop done when I called on Jan. 02 2003.
But the company name on the drop was different said Pay to the order of Teleturf Inc.instead of Lenox Capitol Inc AKA Fresh start AkA Teleturf Inc Please Help me recover the Money that has been stolen by these con artist.
