Me and my wife at the beginning of the year decided to buy a house we had flaws on our credit so we wanted to get it repaired. We saw this white cadilac escalade driving around on rims and said on the back window they did credit repair. The lady that does is michelle. She always seemed to be busy all the time we finally got a hold of her and she took our info and we gave her $500 to do both our our credits. We got some stuff disputed from the credit companies and got some stuff removed we faxed her the report cause she stated she would get stuff removed and to send fax or deliver our credit reports to her so she knows what was removed and what was not she stated that she would continue to repair credit until everything had been removed. It was $250 per person which we gave her $500 for the both of us.
We havent heard from her since. We have called form different numbers and she will answer and is very rude. She would say well I didnt get your report that you faxed even though she confirmed the day we sent it she confirmed she had received it and we should get the next report in 45 days it has been 4 months no sign of her and no new credit report. I would say to wathc out for this person she seemes to scam we are taking her to small claims to get some of our money back and we feel people should know and dont spend the amount of money on a scam that just disputes stuff on your behalf that you can do yourself. If you are wanting to get it repaired I would recommend lexington law firm for that they are good several people who work there and that is there business we would call her during the day and she was always out shopping or paying bill or with her kids if this is a businesss you should have business hours that you are working and not all around spending people hard earned money lexington has you make monthly payments so you know if stuff comes off and you want more off you make another monthly payment if you are satisifed then you dont make another payment plus i found the law states you dont pay all up front for credit repair it is supposed to be payments
