As I recieved the first call to introduce there company to me. They told me what I wanted to hear. They tried with the 99.00 dollar charge, so after they take a look at my credit report mine was very minimal. So they opted out to charging me 59.95. I said ok. Now they send out there letters to dispute your charges (with the credit bureau).. 2 out of the 3 credit reports came back and removed some of my items I was pleased. However they didn't send out a letter to Experian. Which they claim they did. So thats how they get you. They say that experian takes the longest and they keep wanting you to keep your service open and continue to charge you your fees... I was fooled to continue the service and I did.
I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. This is what I explained to them
I have authorized 3 payments and they have stated they want there last payment of 59.95 which I refuse to pay due to false statements from there reps When I first opened the account I was initial charged 59.95, and from the sales rep this would only take one payment due to my situation is very minimal. After allowing them 2 more payments of 59.95 my case is still unresolve and they are seeking a 4th payment... This company delays your process for more and more payment to keep you paying there fee. I canceled my service with them and the rep agent stated to me they will come after the 4th payment. They were very clear to me that this would only take one payment. Now here I am with another payment they they will seek. It is unfair as a customer to be subjected to this type of treatment. This company needs to be taught a lesson that customers have a right also. I suggest to anyone seeking service to dispute there credit report do it yourself. When you sign up for your credit report there is a dispute section and you could do this yourself..
I encourage others to do the same!!!
This company is a total rip off they should be shut down!!!
