When i origanilly bought my house Indianapolis, Indiana april of 1999 i went through another company by the time i closed it was sold to another company, my first payment was due July 1.By the time that payment was sent in, Ocwen had taken over and that's when the hell began claming that the didn't recieve payment.
Well to make a longstory short they have tried to foreclose about 5 times since thenfor a while i even still made my payments until the begining of this year i had made Jan. Feb. Mar. Payments they held them until April cashed them and started foreclose again claming i hadn't made a payment in over a year, although there own 1098 statement showed i had paid 12,000 in 2001 also automatic withdrew some of the payments from my account.
Well needless to say that after all the so called late charges and those unmarked fees you know the ones, where there is a lump sum amount but when you call to find what there for you get transfered until they hangup on you, and what they have put on my credit report i am ruined because of them. I also need to say that Ocwen is only a service provider, and since Ocwen does't give payment books or monthly statments or your rightful information it took me 3 years to find who the service my loan for, well the company has been in bankrupcy since 1999 about the same time ocwen took over i find that very interesting. There is so much moore that it would take me a year to tell all.
