After receiving the Wall Street Underground newsletter for a couple of years, I purchased Nick's premium newsletter service for $5000. This was back in May. I was carefull to follow only those recommendations that he portrayed as a "sure thing" and stayed away from the recommendations he made for experienced traders and those with lots of money.
After following his recommendations very closely regarding the Yen, which he touted as a definite winner, I lost tens of thousands of dollars because I didn't have $50,000 to stay in the game, even though he brags about the riches you could make with a mere $5,000 - $10,000. I decided that his service was not for me and requested the 100% refund he offered.
Do you think I have received this refund? No, No, No
Over the past 2 years, I have called and called, and have been put off time and time again. They just try and try to wear you down, and hope that you finally give up.
After reading many of the other reports, I would encourage people to follow-through; contact Kansas City BBB at 816-421-7800 or go to www.kansascity. BBB.org and file a complaint.
Then call the Postal Inspector 1-800-275-8777 and file a complaint for Mail Fraud, you can do this right over the phone. They will asign you a case number.
Then call the Kansas Attorney General office 785-296-3751 or go to www.ksag.org and click on "Consumer Protection" and then click on "Complaint Form", fill it out, print it and mail it along with copies of all your information.
Next, contact the Federal Trade Commission at 877-FTC-HELP or go to FTC. Gov and file a complaint. When they receive enough complaints they will be compelled to go into action.
The Kansas BBB has a list of over 200 people that have similar complaints. We need to put pressure on our government servants to help rid our society of groups such as this.
It is interesting how a guy like Nick brags about how easily you can make the money by following his recommendations, but yet he can't afford to make a few refunds???
Stand-Up be courageous, patient and pray that God will avenge us, that's the only way we can rid ourselves of such maggots.
