I applied for a credit card with this company and they were supposed to take 200.00 from me 100.00 on 12/27/02 and 01/10/03 right out of my bank acct.
In return i was supposed to get a 2500.00 credit card well the day after i signed up i started thinking about the conversation i had on the phone with the woman. I asked her do i have to pay a fee to get this card she said no.
Then a guy comes on the phone and tell me that i have to pay 200.00 because my credit was bad. He said he was the loan officer and that the bank would not approve me.
However he was an independent loan officer and it was his call and he was going to send me this card so i better make my payments on time.
Well thinking about all that i called my bank and put a stop payment on the electronic transfer. There are two ways that they could've gotten the money from my acct. My bank blocked them both ways.
Now they are calling my house harrassing me and my husband being very rude to us because they want my money and they are not going to get it!
These people are good con artist. They almost got me and they need to be stopped befor they get any one else. The penitentary is a good place for all who's invovled.
